Happenings

JOIN US FOR A FREE HOT DOG AFTER THE PARADE ON JULY 4TH.  Donations toward the Ecumenical Heating Fund are appreciated; your gift will help keep Franklin County neighbors warm next winter.

There will also be a homemade PIE SALE ($10 a pie) on the lawn the morning of July 4 to help pay for the PEOPLE LIFTER PROJECT, currently under construction.  The new addition will provide a ground level entrance and access to a new lift for handicap access to the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall levels of the building.

SUMMERFEST PICNIC ON THE LAWN – Saturday, July 28 from 11:30 to 1:00.  Inside if raining.  Hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, baked beans, beverage and dessert.  Price is $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children.  All welcome!

The People Lifter Project, currently under construction, will realize the dream of Dr. Arlene Low, who hoped there would someday be a “People Lifter” to assist handicapped members to move safely from the Sanctuary to the Fellowship Hall downstairs.  A dedication will be held sometime this fall.Henderson Memorial Baptist Church in Farmington Maine's sign
